Photo Flashback: Favorite Memory

Growing Up Disney.com
Cinderella, Tink and Minnie
While on our recent May trip we had the chance to film a TV spot for The Disney Vacation Club.  After submitting information and going through two interviews we were ultimately told the producers "had decided to go in a different direction", which was a nice way to tell us they decided not to use our family.  They had discussed following our family around the park to film a typical day of a DVC family.  By not coming with us they missed the shot that would have really makes what taking children to Walt Disney World is all about.

Amy and I took the girls into meet the Princesses at Town Square in the Magic Kingdom.  When we walked into the room with the Princesses, Aurora and Cinderella were standing together talking.  Minnie saw them and began to scream "Aurora... Rella..." to the enjoyment of the Princesses.  I think the look on Minnie's face and the reaction of the Princesses would have made the final cut of any TV spot.

I don't think I'll forget Tink and Minnie with the Princesses.

  1. I don't know what angle the marketeers were going for but I agree, the girls were especially cute that day and would have been great WDW saleskids.
