New Favorite Thing.
Well after taking a lap around Hollywood Studios using the walking path to the Boardwalk and stoping for lunch at Big River (that post is coming) I walked over to Epcot to take another lap around World Showcase. And found my new favorite thing. Tuna Sensation, simple and elegant. Slices of avocado topped with chunks of sushi grade tuna then a drizzle of soy sauce. Perfect.
