The American Adventure is a great place. Our favorite thing there is listening to Voices of Liberty. Love the show there, though I will admit to taking a nap or two during it over the years when we go at the end of a long day. Oh - and AIR CONDITIONING on a hot day ... wonderful!
We have never visited American Adventure. In fact, every visit to EPCOT seems to be a whirlwind attempt to get all the passport stamps before the end of the day. Sometime we are going to have to slow down and enjoy each one of the country pavilions - maybe spend a couple of days at EPCOT.
The American Adventure is a must do for us. It's my favorite pavilion. The Voices of Liberty and the AC are heavenly! Thanks so much for sharing and for linking up to the hop today.
We went to Disney World in December of 2001. During the few months after 9/11 every American was feeling patriotic. However, there, at the American Adventure EVERYONE was patriotic. It didn't matter if you were from Europe or Japan. The people were all showing support for out wonderful country. A memory and a feeling I will never forget.
I like the fountain splash in the foreground :) I need to give this pavilion some more attention on our next trip... the other countries seem so exotic, that we tend to pass by this one kinda quickly.

ReplyDeleteI love Voices of Liberty too. Such talented singers! And you can't beat the AC break right in the middle of World Showcase.

ReplyDeleteWhaaaaaaat? Oh, you have to go. It's a fantastic show. Huge sets, tons of audio-animatronics, a great story, and everyone's favorite, AC.

Thanks for hosting the hop, Deb. It's always fun.
DeleteI love the American Adventure, we always go in there for some great food and to cool off..
ReplyDeleteSomehow it's become a favorite snack spot for my parents and daughters too. We met some of those cast members who make you love cast members there.

ReplyDeleteOh, I choke back tears as it is. I'd bet they had to hand out tissue then.
